During our first meeting, we take the time to understand your goals and personal style. You’ll have the opportunity to explore our work through in-person and virtual home tours. Your Copper Builders team will discuss your budget, financing, timeline, and desired features for your new home. If you have inspiration photos or home plans you love, be sure to bring them along.

Homesite

Your Home’s Location:
Before we can finalize your home’s floor plan and exact cost, you’ll need to select a homesite. We offer a complimentary site visit to evaluate the topography, utilities, permit costs, placement, and size restrictions. This gives you a clear and realistic understanding of what’s achievable within your budget.

House Plan

Architecture and Floor Plan:
Many clients begin with one of our popular floor plans to save time, energy, and architect’s fees. You can easily adjust room sizes or make significant layout changes to suit your needs. Since it can be hard to visualize a home from a floor plan alone, we may arrange an in-person tour of a home we’ve built or guide you through a virtual walk-through with photos and video. If none of our plans are the right fit, we collaborate with trusted architects to design your home from the ground up. Already working with an architect? Involving your builder during the design phase ensures your home is designed for a cost-efficient and seamless construction process.
